NIFTY HAS ATTEMPTED A SMART MOVE POST BUDGET INDICATING THAT INDIAN ECONOMY IS STRONGER COMPARED TO OTHER ECONOMY. NIFTY NOW SHOULD CROSS THE RESISTANCE LEVELS OF 5182-5298-5310 WHICH I HAD GIVEN PREVIOUSLY, PAST WHICH WE MAY SEE SOME STRONG MOVES IN THE INDIAN MARKETS.SUPPORT FOR NIFTY IS AT 4900.

THE ONLY FEAR IN THE MARKET WILL BE NAGATIVE NEWS FROM THE FOREIGN MARKETS WHICH ARE STILL NOT OUT OF DANGER.

DOW HAS GIVEN A STRONG WEEKLY CLOSE INDICATING THAT IF IT CAN HOLD ABOVE 10280 IN THE COMING WEEK IT WILL CROSS THE PREVIOUS HIGH OF 10729 AND IF SO ASIAN MARKETS MAY BE HEADED NORTH.

Nifty took support at 4766 (marginally above the second support at 4735) and closes at 4891 (marginally above the first support at 4865).nifty now has resistance at 4945-4975 above which it should move up with momentum. If the momentum is not there we need to be cautious.
Dow closes at 10067 just at the support given on 250110

Nasdaq closed at 2140 just below the support given on 250110 and

S&P 500 closed at 1073 just at the support given on 250110.

Nifty resisted at the given resistance at 5298-5310.
Nifty support now at 4865-4735-4650.
And resistance at 5181-5215-5310 above which it may face resistance at 5424-5549-5670. I feel markets may move up but over enthusiasm towards the market expecting good budget and disinvestment on the cards retail investors are holding long which may lead to a sharp fall in the coming days to shake the investor’s confidence. After the rollover , nearing the first week where writing calls and puts becomes profitable markets may either go side ways or a sharp fall is not ruled out. Be careful on the long position during this period.
Dow should take support at 10065 below which it can take support at 9050-8875, Nasdaq should take support at 2150 below which it can take support at 2190-2165 and S&P 500 should take support at 1075 below which it can take support at 1075-1065.
